The My Fiduciary’s Forum is a cross-industry collaborative network of executives and managers who have primary responsibility for their enterprise’s employee benefit plans (“EBP”).

Mission

The mission of the Forum is to help business leaders develop an awareness of the skills needed to continually improve their performance in the role of a steward of other peoples’ assets held in retirement, pension, and health and welfare plans. To acquire and prudently manage efficient, effective, and cost-appropriate programs operated by vendors who demonstrate a sustained “client first” track record, and to collaborate with peers in a way that social media services like LinkedIn don’t accomplish.

Our Vision

Our goal is to create a new collaboration, cooperation, and sustainability era. For positive and sustainable change to EBPs on its own, we achieve this by showing what is possible, opening sources and sharing the blueprints, and making modular or total duplication simple and accessible.

Leaders from different industries and types of benefit plans can prepare for exponentially disruptive change using the Forum’s exclusive platform.

The Highest Good of All is the central tenet of the Forum community. In our opinion, the managers of EBPs who decide to govern based on what’s best for their constituents are the best skilled and noble practitioners.
